Fairfield Inn and Suites Charleston North/University Area

Everyone except the person that worked at breakfast station was exceptionally nice and welcoming, I don't know what was going on with this woman that made her have such a bad attitude, she was not friendly or helpful at all but my husband and myself were so impressed by how everyone else seemed to make sure we enjoyed our stay there that we didn't let her interaction with us impact how we felt about our stay there, if we ever visit Charleston again Fairfield Inn University is where we will stay.

The pillows were soft. The room we stayed in was just right for me, my husband, our daughter, and her best friend. The location was exactly what I wanted.

I liked how it was close to most of the fast food restaurants, & overall it was a very quiet hotel, except for a couple of minor things. The parking for guests was great, because you didn't have to worry about parking too far away from the entrance.

I really loved the cleanliness of the lobby and of the room. The staff was very nice, helpful, and swift with our check-in. The room was clean and tidy.

They were very helpful with my wife and I. We are from Georgia and our son had been in accident in South Carolina. They let us check in early and a late. Check out. Housekeeper Ferinda was very friendly.
